What the service covers

Send the facts first, then we can judge what is practical

A spill, rejected load, unexpected handover or inspection request can create work that does not fit the normal fleet schedule. Send the site postcode, photographs, affected area, material involved and deadline so PWS can assess the job properly.

Short-notice attendance is subject to site access, equipment requirements and current workload. An enquiry is not a promise of attendance, and work involving hazardous or unidentified material may require a specialist contractor.

How the work is planned

Situations we can assess

The first step is gathering enough information to decide whether the work sits within PWS capabilities and can be carried out safely.
01

Vehicle presentation

Short-notice exterior or cab work before an inspection, customer visit, handover or return.

02

Spills and residue

Cleaning for known non-hazardous spills or operational residue after the material and site are assessed.

03

Fleet catch-up

Additional attendance when weather, access or vehicle movements have disrupted a planned cleaning round.

04

Operational areas

Localised yard or loading-area contamination where the surface, drainage and safe working method are clear.

What can be included

What determines the response

The material, access, drainage, deadline and equipment needed all affect the response.
  • Site postcode and access window
  • Clear photographs of the affected area
  • Known material or residue
  • Vehicle or surface type
  • Water and drainage arrangements
  • Deadline and operational impact
  • Equipment and containment requirements
  • Current PWS availability

PWS does not advertise emergency-service response times or hazardous-material handling. If the material is unknown, dangerous or outside the agreed scope, the work will not proceed until an appropriate route is identified.
