These terms apply to use of the PWS website. A separate written quotation and any agreed service terms apply to paid cleaning work.

1. About this website
This website is operated for P.W.S Pressure Washing Solutions, trading as PWS. It provides general information about commercial cleaning services and ways to contact the business.
2. Website information is not a quotation
Service descriptions, examples and photographs are general. They do not form a binding offer, guarantee a particular result or confirm that a method is suitable for a specific vehicle, surface, contaminant or drainage arrangement. A service is not booked until PWS and the customer agree the scope, price and attendance details.
3. Enquiries and availability
Submitting a form, email or WhatsApp message does not guarantee availability. PWS may request further information, photographs or a site assessment before quoting. Timing and price depend on the work required, site access and operating conditions.
4. Wastewater information
Content about containment and recovery is provided to explain available methods. It is not legal or environmental advice and does not promise automatic compliance. The selected approach depends on the actual site, drainage information, contaminants, customer procedures and agreed service requirements.
5. Accuracy and changes
PWS aims to keep the website accurate and useful but cannot promise that every page will always be complete, current or free from error. Content, services and availability may be changed without notice.
6. Photographs and third-party marks
Website photographs are used to show cleaning work and working environments. Vehicle liveries and third-party marks visible within a photograph are incidental unless PWS expressly states otherwise. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or an ongoing customer relationship.
7. Intellectual property
The PWS logo, website design, original text and supplied photography may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission, except where the law permits limited use.
8. External services
Links to third-party websites and apps are provided for convenience. PWS does not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or use its content to misrepresent PWS.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, PWS is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information where a site-specific assessment or written quotation was required, or for the acts and systems of third-party services.
11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws.
