How it works

From your first enquiry to every completed wash

You tell us about your vehicles, site and working pattern. We agree what needs doing, confirm the price and arrange the work around when your fleet is available.

Starting a conversation

Begin whichever way suits you

You do not need a finished specification. Start with the basics and we will tell you what else is needed to prepare an accurate quotation.
Your journey with PWS

What happens from start to finish

The process stays practical. You give us the information that matters, we plan the work properly, and you receive a clear record after every completed visit.
The short version
  1. 01Tell us
  2. 02Agree the plan
  3. 03We get to work

You give us the essentials. We turn them into a clear price, a workable visit and an agreed routine.

  1. 01

    Choose how you contact us

You can call, email or use the website quotation form. If you already have photographs or a vehicle list, send them over, but you do not need everything ready before starting the conversation.

  2. 02

    Tell us about your fleet

We will ask how many vehicles or items you have, what types they are, where they are based and how often you would like them cleaned. We also want to understand the standard you expect.

  3. 03

    Find the right wash window

Tell us when the vehicles normally return, when they leave and which days or times cause the least disruption. We use that downtime to plan a realistic visit.

  4. 04

    Confirm the work and price

We set out what is included, confirm the price and agree whether the job is one-off or recurring. If you already have a comparable written fleet wash quotation, send it to us and we will check it under our price match promise.

  5. 05

    Check the site where needed

Some sites can be planned from the information and photographs you provide. Where a visit is needed, we check access, the wash area, water supply, drainage and wastewater arrangements. Site-specific health and safety checks, risk assessments and method statements are completed where applicable.

  6. 06

    Begin the agreed visits

Once everything is agreed, we attend at the arranged time with the equipment and cleaning products planned for the work. For regular work, the visits then continue on the agreed routine.

  7. 07

    Receive the visit record

After each completed visit, you receive an invoice and photographs of every vehicle or item washed. The record uses registrations and trailer or item numbers so you can see what was completed.

  8. 08

Tell us quickly if something is not right

If you have a concern, contact us as soon as you notice it. We want the opportunity to review the issue promptly, understand what happened and agree the right next step with you.
