Does every quotation qualify?
The quotation must be genuine, current and for work that PWS can carry out safely and practically. We compare the complete arrangement before confirming the price match.
Can I show you what I currently pay instead?
Yes. Send a recent invoice or the details of your current arrangement. You can remove information that is not relevant to the comparison.
Does the promise include valeting and internal cleaning?
The main promise applies to comparable commercial fleet washing. Valeting, internal cleaning and other additional work can be included where the competing quotation clearly covers the same work.
Is the price matched automatically?
We first check the vehicles, cleaning scope, frequency and site requirements. Once we know the work is genuinely comparable, we confirm the matched or improved price in writing.
