Planning fleet cleaning around vehicle availability
A fleet-cleaning plan only works when it starts with the vehicles on site, the time available and the finish the operator expects.
Cleaning needs to fit the fleet rather than interrupt it. Before quoting, PWS asks when vehicles return, how long they stay on site and which units leave first.
Those times set the wash order, how many vehicles can be completed and whether a single visit or regular round makes more sense.
The details that shape a workable schedule
Vehicle movements are only part of the picture. The wash position, lighting, water supply, drains and other work happening on site all affect the visit.

- Priority vehicles and wash order
- Safe access to the proposed cleaning area
- Required exterior or interior standard
- Drainage and wastewater requirements
- Early morning, evening or weekend options where arranged
Clear scope before attendance
The quotation records the service, frequency and access agreed. Attendance notes, completed-vehicle lists and work photographs can also be included when requested in advance.
